It was great! I wished the frosh kids were there with me though. Stacy would be gasping and blushing...Sadaf would be cheering and yelling things like "Amen Sister!"...Sonya would cringe in her seat...Jo would sit and take it all in.
And you know what? It's so taboo to talk about things like this, but it shouldnt be that way...
If you could dress up your vagina, what would it wear? What would it say?

what a lovely day!! after just two classes, we headed to the park. we hung out there for a long time and had a picnic and a squirrel stole our brownie. and then we layed in the grass... and then we put our feet in the pool. and then we went back to the grass and stole food from some random catering. then i RAN to guts, butts and thighs to get a firm butt and now i'm here and soon i'll try to go to a piano concert on campus. this is the best friday =]

in the shower i always fill my mouth with water and then squirt it out through the gap between my two front teeth, kind of like a fountain. and today i inhaled the water and had a big coughing attack.
shell- your life is soooo much more together than mine. sorry for making fun of you. i think you're pretty cool.

Simonsen wrote that by removing Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, they lessened the chance of a war using weapons of mass destruction in the Middle East and laid the foundation for the development of democracy.
ummmmmmmmm.....

i must admit that i also observe if man-boys open the door or not. and of course, i judge them. woohaw! it keeps me entertained :)
ahhh valentines day...its wonderful isnt it? stace--you are asking an old bitter lady with 100 dogs, remember? valentines day has no place with me.
going back to sonyas question about being alone vs. lonely. i think i'm alone a lot of the time bc i like to separate myself...or maybe i force myself to be alone. but i'm never really lonely except sometimes, at night (never on valentines day though). and even though i say that i dont want kids, on some random day i'll see this little precious good little boy and for a fleeting moment, of course i'll feel lonely. or late at night when i think about all the things that i wont ever have in my life...things i think i'll never have, or wont let myself have. everyone gets lonely though, right? anyway, i'm more alone than lonely. most of the time it doesnt really affect me...i wont let it. hammm.
i miss holden.

stacy--I did the very same thing this morning :)
Today I got to school about 3 hours early. Which meant I could write that tricksy paper that I've been starting to write for about 4 days. But being at school did let me catch the colorguard practicing in this quad type thing. It was odd...I dont think they ever really practice there but the weather was being funky. Still, I really REALLY wanted to play!! They were such pretty flags...and the weapons were all taped up with pretty colorful tape. So I just sat there for about 30-45 mins. It was great! Sometimes I wanted to yell from the sidelines at things that were soo obviously NOT TOGETHER. For some reason there were no techs? and their attitude was just like "whatever"--I was sorta confused. But still, I liked watching. Its something to think about....maybe next year? Maybe. I'll just add stick that with "study abroad in spain" in the land of wishful thinking.
I also got a TB shot. Mmmm...yummy, eh? I also bought a ticket for the Vagina Monologues. Anyone wanna watch with me?? anyone?

it's kind of funny how we all put those cute outlined day schedules in our away messages and blog posts. it's like... everything is so planned out and life gets cut down to a predictable process of eat, study, sleep with the occasional gym thrown in. i'm not saying there's anything wrong with this necessarily. what's the alternative? being spontaneous all the time? schedules are good, anyway. they give me something to focus on. i move one from thing-to-do #1 to 100, quite effectively distracting myself from the fact that everything i do is really quite meaningless.
i finished my gigantic box of snow peas.
never take for granted the amazing commodity that is clean air. today in spanish i had the pleasure of sitting behind someone who reeked of attic, moth balls, thrift shop and dirty unshowered grandma (not my grandma). after 50 straight minutes of breathing in-through-the-mouth-out-through-the-nose, i was seconds away from fainting out of my seat. clean air. appreciate it.
schedule suggestion: don't schedule a 2-hour lecture between the hours of 3 and 5. this time should be reserved exclusively for sleeping.
EXCUSE ME BUT IS IT RIGHT TO HOLD A QUIZ TWO DAYS BEFORE A MIDTERM???

i got my hair highlighted today. its different and um, waay light. wait until you see. or maybe you wont...i may stick a bag over my head. i dunno, its just weird.
i think im developing a man crush. possibly. but its all romanticized in my head so it doesnt really matter.
last night i thought of my BRILLIANT "treatment" for my major petition. i think its cute. if i ever get it into words i'll post it:)

i haven't checked my messages in over a week and it's almost like... i can't bring myself to now. there's 12 of them. and every time i see my phone i think about how i'm horrible and it's not that i don't want to hear from anyone, it's just that i feel like I'll have nothing to say. i think it's cause i don't feel like i'm really living... but just going through the motions. so why would anyone want to talk to me? i'm gonna go listen to them.
shoot i just woke up and it's 11... not a good way to start the day. but i did have a dream that my history T.A. was making me nachos at the gym.
