I haven't posted in a while. Haven't called anyone in a while, nor opened any textbooks, nor had a good night's sleep. Being sick makes things pretty crappy.
Mexico was so much fun this weekend. I met really awesome mentorship folks, did tons of skits, ate Mexican food, partied at Iggy's, after-partied at Macho Taco haha. Too bad i brought home some nasty virus... but eh, it was worth it. (I say this as I finish up my 3rd large box of tissues).
I'm feeling pretty happy right now. I'm loving my art history reading and my french class. the others aren't so bad either. AND IT STOPPED RAINING!! thank the Lord. i'm also feeling optimistic about my summer plans.... despite the 98% chance that they won't work out. Think Positively!
What's in store for this weekend ? karen's birthday bash, derrick comes up!, mini party at Amy's??, probly going hooome for a day! sounds exciting. I better get to sleep, though. Bye everyone

registered for classes today. I was so lucky to get my poli sci class because there was only 1 seat left when I checked this morning @ 7 and I had to wait until 9:15, yes I was freaking out. But it worked out, and hopefully will continue to work out in the end. Oh, and I finally got all my grades in from last fall. I was sinking into a puddle with the unacomplished and forgotten when, I got my one and only 'A' from the teacher that failed my paper! The same teacher who hated me and who I couldn't stand! amazing. And so, I remain on dry ground once again:)
I want to not babysit for this little girl anymore, but cant stand to break it to her mom and dad because they are SUCH nice people. After a DISASTEROUS saturday morning, my natural reaction is to quit altogether (okay FINE I'm a quitter) and the mom was actually worried about me being scared off! lol. Scared away but a little girl whos barely old enough to walk/talk. hm, do I have issues?
finished my latest darcy book, Pemberley Shades, lovely lovely lovely. however I think I need to stop this obsession. I am starting to scare even myself and am surprised have not scared away most of friends. ah, loving mr. darcy can, in no way, help me in this lifetime because, I think, that one can't get along solely with fictional relationships? woe.
I love school supply shopping! :D
